Just had my first major accident using fountain pen. I must have left the nib side down, and when I was about to write in the journal I saw a huge pool of ink on my hand like blood… except it was in black/green. Luckily I noticed and caught it before it spilled onto the carpet but my hands are stained. The bookmark ribbon on my day planner was soaked too. Good thing the pen is plastic and I could throughly wash it. Rookie mistake.
